1. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee on Pro For Sho hearing protection products.

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 90 days of the delivery date, you may request:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement, if you prefer an exchange

This guarantee applies to products purchased directly from:

  • ProForSho.com, or
  • Authorized retailers such as Amazon (see section 3 for how to handle returns via Amazon).

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or exchange under our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  • Your request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date
  • The product should be returned with all included accessories and components (where possible)
  • Normal signs of use are acceptable, but items that are heavily damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for a full refund

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can make it right quickly.


3. Where to Initiate Your Return

A. Orders placed on ProForSho.com

Please contact us directly:

  • Email: support@proforsho.com
  • Include:
    • Your name
    • Your order number
    • Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement
    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will reply with confirmation and return instructions. Please wait for our email before mailing any items, so we can ensure your return is processed correctly.


B. Orders placed on Amazon

If you purchased through Amazon, the fastest way is usually to start your return in your Amazon account using their return center.

If your order is outside Amazon’s standard return window, or if you need additional help, you can also email us at support@proforsho.com with your Amazon order ID, and we will review your request under our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee or Limited Warranty, as applicable.


4. Return Shipping Costs

    For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

    Where reasonably confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs. Depending on the situation, we may:

    • Provide a prepaid return label, or
    • Refund reasonable return shipping costs, or
    • Send a replacement without requiring the item to be returned (at our discretion)

    For change-of-mind or non-defective returns:

    The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in writing.

    Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of our error.


    5. Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if a return is required):

    • We will notify you by email that your return has been received and approved or declined
    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
    • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement

    6. Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange your product (for example, for a different size or color):

    • Contact us at support@proforsho.com
    • Let us know your order number and what you’d like to exchange it for
    • We will provide instructions and let you know if any price difference or shipping cost applies

    7. Non-Refundable Items

    The following items, if ever offered, are typically non-refundable:

    • Gift cards or digital vouchers
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

    These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout where applicable.


    8. Relationship to Our Limited Warranty

    Our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee is focused on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

    After the initial 90 days, your product may still be covered under our Limited Warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
