At Pro For Sho, we’ve spent over a decade designing hearing protection that families truly rely on. Trusted by professionals and by over one million families worldwide, we stand behind the quality of every pair of earmuffs that leaves our hands.


1. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies to Pro For Sho hearing protection products purchased directly from Pro For Sho or from authorized retailers.

It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

This warranty is in addition to our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, which covers returns and refunds for the first 90 days after purchase (see our Return & Refund Policy page for details).


2. What We Will Do

If your product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished item of equal or better performance.

Additional replacements, if approved, may require the customer to pay shipping and handling fees.

We want the process to be friendly, fast, and with no runaround—that’s our small-business Handshake Promise.


3. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural events
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from improper storage, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance (scratches, minor dents, etc.)

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To keep things smooth and clear, all warranty claims must start with an email to us.

Please do not mail any items until our team has confirmed your claim and given you return instructions.

  • Email us at support@proforsho.com

Include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your order number (from Pro For Sho or Amazon)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or video clearly showing the defect (required for most replacement approvals)

Our support team will review your claim and let you know:

    • Whether the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty
    • Whether a return is required
    • How and where to send the product, if needed

If photos or video cannot be provided, we may ask you to mail the product in for inspection. In that case, shipping to us is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Return / Inspection Address

Once your claim is approved and a return is required, we will confirm the correct return address in our email.

6. Consumer Rights

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. As a result, some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.


7. Changes to This Warranty

Pro For Sho may update or modify this Limited Warranty from time to time. Any changes will apply only to purchases made after the policy is updated, unless otherwise required by law.
